Part DC – Coupler Dust Cap S/S Handles

Our line of cam-operating couplings allow for quick connections and disconnections in the field. These couplings are offered in materials below, each with different chemical resistance, temperature and other technical specifications for various applications. Please reach out for

a full chemical resistance table and any other technical information you may need. We also offer a line of replacement gaskets in various materials, along with shims.

Note: Please ensure couplings are opened and closed using both handles at the same time for best results.

NYLON

•    Safety latches available on all couplers and dust caps ranging in size from 1¼” to 4”
•    Lightweight, ½ the weight of aluminum
•    Strong, resists cross threading, thread seizure and “out-of-round” condition
•    Chemical resistant to most acids (please contact us for a full chemical resistance table)
•    Non-conducting
•    All couplers feature stainless steel handles and pins, blue nylon handles available
•    Interchangeable with other couplers and adapters manufactured to MIL-spec
•    EPDM gaskets furnished standard. Buna-N, Viton® and Nitrile also available
•    Temperature range under normal conditions - 30° F to 200° F

POLYPROPYLENE

•    Safety latches available on all couplers and dust caps ranging in size from 1¼” to 4”
•    Chemical resistant to most acids (please contact us for a full chemical resistance table)
•    Temperature range from 10° F to 180° F
•    All couplers feature stainless steel handles and pins
•    Interchangeable with other couplers and adapters manufactured to MIL-spec
•    EPDM gaskets furnished standard. Buna-N, Viton® and Nitrile also available

FOOD GRADE GLASS-FILLED POLYPROPYLENE

•    Chemically resistant to most acids (please contact us for a full chemical resistance table)
•    FDA / NSF compliant
•    All couplers feature stainless steel handles and pins
•    Interchangeable with other couplers and adapters manufactured to MIL-spec
•    Nitrile gaskets furnished as standard. EPDM, Buna-N and Viton® also available
•    Good mechanical strength
•    Resistance to alkalies, salts and alcohols
•    Resistance to animal, vegetable and mineral oils
•    Resistance to phosphoric and hydrochloric acids

POLYVINYLIDENE FLUORIDE (PVDF)

•    EPDM gaskets furnished as standard. Buna-N, Viton® and Nitrile also available
•    All couplers feature stainless steel handles and pins
•    Nonflammable and self-extinguishing
•    UV stable in the visible spectrum
•    NSF compliant

•    Temperature range under normal conditions from - 20° F to 300° F
